Government Gyanodaya (Schedule Caste) Awasiya Vidyalaya Jabalpur is situated at Sharda Nagar Ranjhi. Its foundation stone was laid down on 08/09/2003s by The then H/ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shri Babulalji Gour. Shri Shivraj Singh ji Chouhan inaugurated the school building and hostels on 30/06/2006 in the presence of H/ble Late Shri Ishwardas ji Rohani The former Speaker of the State Legistative Assembly and other H/ble dignitaries. The campus of the school covers 10 acres area and surrounded by tall rocks.
The hostels here provide free accommodation to 140 Boys and 140 Girls, admitted in the school and studying in classes from VI to XII . In all , free education is imparted to the students belonging to the SC ,ST and OBC Community . All facilities such as food, books, notebooks , uniforms, stationery and sports materials are made available free of cost to all the girls and boys. We try our best to a healthy learning atmosphere in the class rooms and the corridor of the school building. Apart from ensuring 100% results with first division in each class, opportunities have been created for the students to inculcate social , human and national values in them and become good and useful citizens of the country.
To solve the students subject related problems,if any, extra coaching classes are arranged ..Time and again students are councilled to minimize their personal problems and are treated in homely atmosphere. As per the programme of the department, students are given extra coaching by professionals and experts, to appear in The JEE, AIPMT, CLAT and other competitive examinations be held at national and global level .
